Due to some huge bugs, the whole platform of the Blocky Tavern had to be changed. This is a big step forward and hopefully no more huge bugs will find their way into the Blocky Tavern.

Update 2.0 includes:

• Each map can now show which languages are supported in-game.
• You can now see the creator of a map in the map overview.
• On the user page, all their submitted maps are now shown.
• Extra page for moderators to approve/reject posted comments.
• The huge bug preventing a download is no longer present with the new platform.
• Refreshing a page, or keeping a page loaded for an extended amount of time resulted in errors. This huge bug is also gone.
• As of this version the map url and user url can safely be linked to. Map url's had to change, but are now future-proof.

Planned for other updates are:
Update 3: Accounts
Update 4: Layout
Update 5: Everyone can upload maps (Where everyone is waiting for!)

Update 3 will include:

• Create account; login; logout.
• Link account to a minecraft useraccount to show your in-game skin.
• Add your social links to your user page. At least links to youtube, twitch and twitter should be allowed.
• Mark maps as played, favourite, interested (yet-to-play).
• Send a private message to the map creator.
• Notifications on the website when your map has new comments.
• Notifications on the website when a new map has been added. (Toggle setting)
• Notifications on the website when a map has been updated. (Toggle setting)
